EasyMeds offers convenient home delivery of prescription medications and treatments across Jamaica, packaged discreetly for your privacy. Because we dispense prescription medications, certain return and refund limitations apply under Jamaican law. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
2. Shipping Policy
2.1 Delivery Area
We currently deliver only within Jamaica.
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or addresses outside of Jamaica.
2.2 Delivery Partners
All medications are dispensed by licensed Jamaican pharmacies and shipped via approved couriers.
Delivery is made directly to the address you provide at checkout.
2.3 Processing Times
Orders are processed after your consultation is complete and your prescription is approved by a licensed Jamaican doctor.
Processing typically takes 1–2 business days after prescription approval.
Delivery times vary by location but generally range from 1–4 business days after dispatch.
2.4 Delivery Schedule
Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery windows depend on the courier’s route and availability.
2.5 Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no external indication of the contents or Easy Meds branding.
2.6 Shipping Fees
Standard shipping fees are displayed at checkout and may vary by location.
Promotional free shipping offers may be available from time to time.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.
Tracking updates depend on the courier’s scanning and reporting systems.
4. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
You are responsible for ensuring that your delivery address is accurate and complete.
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may attempt re-delivery at your expense.
Orders not collected or accepted within the courier’s holding period will be returned to the pharmacy and may be disposed of in compliance with pharmacy regulations.
5. Returns Policy
5.1 Prescription Medications
By law, prescription medications cannot be returned or resold once dispensed, even if unopened. This is in line with Jamaican pharmacy regulations and patient safety requirements.
We cannot issue refunds or accept returns of prescription products for reuse or resale, and all sales are final.
We may provide partial refunds on a case-by-case basis in our sole and absolute discretion if:
You received the wrong medication or dosage; or
The medication arrived damaged or defective.
5.2 Non-Prescription Products
Eligible over-the-counter or non-prescription products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Returns are subject to inspection and approval.
5.3 How to Request a Return

Provide your order number, details of the issue, and photos if applicable.
Approved returns will include instructions for how to ship the product back.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available if:
We cannot fulfill your prescription;
Your medication is unavailable;
You receive an incorrect or damaged order; or
You cancel your order before the prescription is processed and medication is dispensed.
If a refund is requested after the physician consultation has been completed, EasyMeds will issue a partial refund for the medication and shipping costs, less a JMD $1,000 physician consultation fee.
6.2 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
Shipping fees are non-refundable after your prescription has been processed, unless the error was ours.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for prescription medications.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date).
We will work with the courier and pharmacy to investigate and resolve the issue.
